Tito’s pretty much say it. I find I’m always looking for my next gun.

Springfield Kuna
S&W 15 and/or 18 blue combat style 4” from the 70’s

That’s my current list.

If I had a grail gun, it would be a 1967 vintage Smith and Wesson model 29-2. On my list of wants - but I am not paying that kind of money - is a Sig p220 in 10mm, preferably the double/single action Legion model. I have a S&W 1006, but wouldn't mind a 1076. Yeah, I am a 10mm fan.

Love your 29 choice….what barrel length?

I'm watching for a pre-64 model 70. No particular caliber, though I keep thinking of either 300 H&H or maybe .264 Winchester. The 300 is due to my love of the older stuff.

Keeping my eyes peeled for a 45-70 lever action .... Thinking about the new s&w models but I suppose a deal is a deal and I can't be too picky

Yeah, I would really like to get a nice lever action. Last year, Vance's was having a special with Henry rifles where you could get a personalized serial number on a wide variety of lever actions. Price was nice, too. But darn it, I didn't pull the trigger on one. (I am jam-packed with dad jokes!)

Yea I missed a pretty good one at range usa. They have surprisingly good deals every now and then if you're patient. Norton sporting goods is actually really nice and competitive with bigger stores like vance. I just got a cva cascade in 450BM for $500 from them

I know I am replying quite a bit... I am roaming the forum during meetings at work where I have no input!

My collection has hit the point where I have "needs" covered and I am in my "wants" phase. I still need want a nice bolt-action rifle and a lever-action rifle to round out my meager long guns collection. My big issue is I have concentrated on handguns for so many years, my knowledge of rifles is lacking. What I like may not correspond to what the best choices are.

Like Tony, my needs are well covered. My " wanter" will never be satisfied. I am always looking for old Smith's , before model numbers.

Austin Halleck 420, Knight DISC Extreme 45 with a 20 twist and a TC System 1 with a .32 barrel for squirrels. This is definitely a condensed list...

Just picked up a sw640 black. Love it but had to send it right back for some minor warrenty fixes. Real smooth double action. Held a 4 inch group at 25 yard tho. Not bad for a double action j frame. Its a good lookin piece with g10 grips too.

One of the other items I would like is an old blued Colt Delta Elite. A friend who has since passed introduced me to 10mm with one of these. I know they are not as robust as they should be, but I want one because I want one. I have other 10mm for shooting! :)

what am I looking for compared to what I need? I don't need anything at this time in pistol or long gun but would like at some point to get a nice 450BM or a 45-70 bolt gun. Lever actions are appealing also.

Pretty open but my criteria is a something that I can use and also something that will perform. It doesn't have to be cheap but I do want it to perform well.

browning bps mirokou 20 ga/ 24-26 inch barrel , matte blue finish. they cycle like a singer sewing machine, in the right hands.
