Turkey attacked my decoy

I put out a turkey decoy and a tom turkey came running in and started a fight with it! He wrecked my decoy before I even had a chance to take a shot. I had no idea turkeys could be so feisty. Has anyone else had a decoy get attacked like that?

Turkeys can be savage
