I've been working on a new load for my 6.5 Creedmoor and trying to find that sweet spot for accuracy. Currently using Varget and 140gr bullets. Would love to hear your recommendations for OAL and any tips you might have.

I would recommend you start about 0.010" off the lands, load up 50 rounds. Then shoot a group where as long as the group is smaller than max acceptable, you keep shooting. When the group blows up, shorten to 0.020" and repeat. I got 3 at 0.01 and 0.02 before the group blew up. I got 10 in at 0.030" right at 0.929 inch, Also 10 at 0.040", but the group was bigger…..like 1".

Basically, I stack rounds until I blow the group, then I move to the next tune. Most rounds wins.
