Binary Triggers Legal Or Nah?

So, I’ve been hearing a lot about binary triggers lately and it’s got me curious. I recently moved here, so I'm still getting the lay of the land when it comes to gun laws in Ohio. I think I read somewhere that they might be legal, but then I came across a forum post suggesting otherwise.

I’ve always been a fan of unique firearm options, and the idea of a binary trigger is pretty cool. But I don't want to accidentally step over the line into something illegal. Has anyone done the research or maybe gone through the process of getting one? Any insights would be super helpful!

And if anyone has a good source for Ohio gun laws, I’d love to check it out. Just trying to keep everything above board here.

When I first looked into binary triggers here in Ohio I dug through the state code and even called a local FFL. The shop walked me through the basics, but I still double checked with a sheriff's deputy just to be sure. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was staying on the right side of the law

they are 100%legal. trump did a illegal executive order, teh us supreme court smashed his order down. this would of been from the lies told about stephen paddock and the vegas shooting.

Personally not for me. How do you make safe if you have to stop shooting with the trigger pressed to the stop with a round in the chamber? If you let the trigger go it fires again. If you put the safety on with the trigger back does the safety return it to the neutral position?

If I would consider an enhanced operation trigger I would probably go with the FRT type, but I am not wanting to put that on any of my arms. I do fine with standard operation.

i've only seen and fired only one . its not my cup of T. i think its like having 2 engagements notches . i think you could fire only 1 round, but usually you fire 2. FRT is something completely different. i think it is like a lobe that pushes your finger FWRD and your focusing on the steady pull. it may be folks splitting definitions , to see what they can do legally. its like birthday party favors. having another birthday is a great thing , but the noise and confetti arent so much fun.

i heard some neighbor having some fun, idk what it was, probably something with a drum and deep pockets. the only thing i've heard close to that was vegas . but those were belt feds, from a helicopter.
