Living in the city my whole life, I started prepping after a blackout left me scrambling. My EDC's got a multi-tool and flashlight, but I keep it chill to avoid weird looks. A small power bank with a solar charger. It keeps my phone alive for navigation or calls during outages. I used it during a 3-day blackout last year.
