Turkey hunting

After hunting turkeys a bit, I've found that chokes really matter. I like full or extra-full chokes to get tight groupings at longer distances but when I'm hunting in thick woods, an improved cylinder works best up close. I usually switch them out based on where and how far I'm shooting. What chokes have you had luck with while hunting?

When I was a hunting turkeys I used a Mossberg 835 with the Ulti mag choke, it was the only one I used on turkeys But when i had to kill some Canadian geese (not hunting, these were nuisance kills on our property) I switched it out to a modified. The Ulti choke wasn't rated for steel shot, which I had to use. This is per ODNR regs and I did get a permit to do so. The 835 barrels are rated for steel shot with the more open chokes.

Full choke has always been the best for me.

Changing chokes is super helpful, I use a Primos Jellyhead Extra-Full when I need distance but an Improved Cylinder works best in close.
