Only named one gun ever

My carry gun is the only one I've named. Everything else is just "the AR" or "the hunting rifle." But the one I carry every day feels different, more personal maybe. Does anyone else only name certain guns or am I weird for this?

Yea, I’ve tried naming guns, but nothing really sticks.

You're not being weird. The gun you use every day is more important to you. I treat mine differently, too. It feels like a tool that I have a with a friendly relationship with, not just something I own.
