Off-season prep or total break?

I am curious how this group approaches the off-season. Are you the type who's practicing calls and scouting all year? Or do you completely disconnect and focus on other things? There's no wrong answer here...I just want to see where everyone falls on the spectrum

I usually switch things up ..check out spots now and then but mostly chill out. It helps me get back into it with fresh eyes.

Exercise and shooting. Need more exercise!

Once spring is here I still shoot ,but I spend more time fishing. Around August I start scouting for deer and shoot my muzzleloaders that I've made to get ready for gun season in December. Also practice with my crossbow in August.
