Keeping traditions alive even when it's hard

My grandma used to make this specific stuffing recipe every Christmas. She passed three years ago and now my mom makes it but honestly it's not quite the same. Still we keep doing it because it feels wrong not to. What traditions do you keep going even though they're bittersweet or difficult now?

We still do my grandfather’s morning walk every holiday. We take the same route and pause at the creek like we always did. He's gone now but keeping up that routine is now a family thing. It feels like a quiet chat with him.
