I hope everyone had a great Halloween. Did you hit the woods, stay home with family, or head out for some community fun? Let’s hear your Halloween stories (sporting-style :))

Halloween was always one of my favorite times of the year, but now I'm too old to do any of that now. Still, I miss the days when we trick or treated on Halloween night instead of Sunday afternoon...or skipped Friday because of high school football games, my parents didn't have to go with me to make sure I was safe, and my candy didn't have to be checked for tampering. Times have sure changed; but not for the better IMHO.

Yeah, I get it. Halloween was way different back in the day. It felt freer and more fun without all the worries we have today

Definitely a favorite holiday. I get a kick out of all the little ones dressed up in their favorite costumes. I usually dress up in my cowboy gear to hand out candy, just so I'm not too scary. Yes, at 58 I still like to dress up. Last year I put together a Darth Vader costume, 3D printing all of the pieces aside from the helmet, and wore it at work. It was so hot there was no way I could wear it for 2 hours of trick or treating that night.

I even had lights in the chest and belt boxes. I'm such a nerd.

This is really interesting! I love how much creativity and effort you put into your costume, 3D printing a Darth Vader outfit with lights is seriously next-level nerding out
