Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease in deer

I just started hearing about this the other day. At first it was the deer wasting disease, now this. It seems that it's mostly in the south eastern portion of the state. I have no doubt it will spread quickly. It seems to be most prevalent in areas where there were droughts but that doesn't seem to be the case in Ohio. Anyone else heard anything about this and are you worried.

I've not heard of it before now, I can't say I'm worried but I'm always concerned about the diseases that affect our wildlife.
 
I heard about it on the radio. The virus doesn't infect humans, and supposedly gets killed off by frost so maybe it will blow over by spring. Still, kind of unsettling.
