What's everyone cooking these days? I just made a venison stew that's perfect for chilly weather. I'd love to hear your go-to recipes or any cooking tips!
 
I have a hotdog chilli that is a little different than the one Imake in the colder months - cause I do like beans in the winter versus the warmer times like for a cookout we are about to have for the 4th.
I'm following you now, CHILLI😍

I like to cook a pork loin in oak wood coals for about two hours. Falls apart and the only seasoning I use is salt and pepper. Layout enough aluminum foil flat on the counter to wrap your loin in. Lay on top of this a paper towel then wet the paper towel. Another piece of aluminum foil on top of the wet paper towel. Place loin in the center season and wrap tightly. Put in the oak coals for about two hours. Comes out amazing
