Living in the city my whole life, I started prepping after a blackout left me scrambling. My EDC's got a multi-tool and flashlight, but I keep it chill to avoid weird looks. I'm building a small kit for urban emergencies without going overboard. I'd love some ideas for staying ready in the city. What's one thing you always carry for urban survival?
 
A small power bank with a solar charger. It keeps my phone alive for navigation or calls during outages. I used it during a 3-day blackout last year.
 
I always keep a small power bank and some cash on me, you'd be surprised how often those come in handy. Water purification tablets are clutch too, they fit right in your wallet. What kind of multi-tool you running? @BuckeyeShot5
