I have been experimenting with 9mm handloads and I will like to know which powders y'all trust most. I am looking for powders that give consistent accuracy, clean burning, and sensible pressures across 115–147gr bullets

we always used blue dot, for 124s , used alot of power pistol for cast many years ago, but it anemic.

I’m pretty impressed by CFEPISTOL and AA#5. I have been known to mix in Titegroup also! This said, CFEPISTOL is my go to powder for all pistol.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. I've mostly used Blue Dot too, but I'm curious about experimenting with Power Pistol for heavier bullets. I appreciate the military load equivalents reference

Interesting, I've heard good things about CFE Pistol too. I might give it a try alongside AA#5. Mixing in Titegroup sounds worth experimenting with for different bullet weights

I burn wst with my home cast/coated 125gr fnhp's. Clean, accurate and producing +/- 1100fps from my 5" bbl's 1911.
