Getting My Feet Wet with ARs

Just getting into ARs and shooting more in general. I've been hitting the range a bit and trying to figure out what all the different options and accessories are about. It's a bit overwhelming, but I'm looking forward to learning. I figured I'd join and soak up some knowledge from everyone here.

Frankly, get some sights that work with it and some ammo. Let experience be your guide. Experience is always a better guide than the internet, IME. Not because our opinions and experiences are bad, they are just not yours. The basic rifle is very shootable, flexible and accurate out of the box.
