Everything's edited to look perfect and they make it seem easy when we all know it's not. I just can't stand watching those produced hunting shows anymore

I would argue Steve Rinela and Randy Newberg are pretty realistic….but neither are hunting high fence operations from a blind with dogs and bait to get the deer in the shooting lane.

For the most part they are all entertainment oriented. I do enjoy watching Steve Rinela and Brian Quaca (Pigman series). Mostly for the entertainment but also there is some good hunting and product info in the shows.

I prefer podcasts and raw footage now. Perfect edits and hero shots get boring after a while. I'd rather hear about failed stalks and missed shots than another perfectly scripted success story.
